This month the ANZCCJ Food, Agriculture and Hospitality Committee, in addition to catching up on recent FAHC activities, will have the pleasure of hearing from Matt Crabbe, owner, chef and CEO of ECN Hospitality. The meeting will take place on Thursday, 21 June at Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse and Bar. Matt will share with us his story and the journey ECN Hospitality has been on which has led to the establishment of three of Tokyo’s most popular venues, Ruby Jack’s, Two Rooms and R2 Supperclub. Members will get the chance to hear firsthand what's next for ECN Hospitality.
Free flow drinks and canapes will be provided as part of the cost for this event.
RSVP and payment are required by Sunday, June 17. No registrations will be accepted after this date and only those who have registered will be permitted to join the meeting.
