The Australian community in Tokyo were treated last night to a delightful five course dinner at Salt by Luke Mangan to celebrate this year's Australia Day. Guests enjoyed a selection of fine Australian wines paired with contemporary Australian-Japanese cuisine, beautifully prepared by Chef Saito.
A big thank you to Sally Townsend for putting together a fantastic evening for us. Sally, a big supporter of the Australian community in Tokyo, is not only President of the Australia Society Tokyo (AST), but also a member of the ANZCCJ Executive Council; Co-Chair of the Sports for Business Committee; and Vice-Chair of the Food, Agriculture and Hospitality Committee.
