Committees & Communities
Contribute and collaborate with like-minded people
Looking for a way to get more involved in the Australian and New Zealand business community in Japan? The ANZCCJ offers members the opportunity to share their expertise and enthusiasm with other professionals through its four committees, which play a crucial role in representing and developing business interests in Japan across a range of industries.
ANZCCJ committees are shaped by the needs and interests of members as well as the current business environment, thus conduct a range of activities, from professional seminars to community-focussed volunteering efforts.
Committee involvement is one of the best ways in which members can benefit from the Chamber, as they offer an avenue for building a strong professional network of like-minded business people, all while contributing to the business and wider communities.
Members may belong to as many committees as they wish. Aspiring Executive Council members are encouraged to actively participate in committees to build their understanding of the Chamber and bolster nominations prior to elections. While ANZCCJ membership is required to join committees, guests are welcome to attend committee-run events.
