AsheMorgan currently has in excess of A$4.0 billion investment and development pipeline, and completed more than A$10.0 billion in transactions as the Investment Manager and Co-investor with our partners, which include major financial institutions across the Asia-Pacific region, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Prior to the GFC, AsheMorgan was the largest commercial mortgage origination business in Australia, originating over A$3.5 billion per annum at its peak. AsheMorgan has recently re-established its Real Estate Credit business. In 2023, AsheMorgan, in partnership with MEC Global Partners Asia and other Japanese institutional investors, acquired 60 Margaret Street, Sydney, in what was the largest office building transaction in Australia that year.
